Jon went above and beyond any contractor, when upon finding out how difficult it would be to get a permit in our town, Jon and Carol went to the court dates and to the town on our behalf many times and Jon allowed us the use of his RV when he learned we had no where to stay. They were always just a phone call away during any crisis we had and would act promptly to help in any way. He and his employees were professional, dedicated and pleasant to work with.
We always felt Jonathan had our best interests at heart. He was willing to share his experience with us if we wanted to do something and he felt it would not work. In addition he is extremely honest. We always felt he was fair and that we received a very good value for the money we spent.

Pinecrest Modular made my dream house a reality and surpassed all my expectations. Pinecrest delivered my dream home within 2 months of ordering from the factory. At delivery, the four modular units were delivered and set in one day! I’ve attached a picture below of final set of the house .Pinecrest promised my family would be in the house within 4 months of date of delivery. Well they did better; my house was turnkey within 3 months of date of delivery. Only Pinecrest's professionalism and expertise could manage this. Plus, I was always in direct contact daily with Jonathan an added bonus when schedule is so important.
    Being a licensed civil engineer, I knew I wanted a modular home rather than stick built. Not only did I get more house for my money through Pinecrest, I got a better house. Not only did they get the building permit within a week of submittal, Pinecrest passed all inspections and I had my CO within 3-1/2months of the house being delivered! Quite an achievement! I love my home and my family is very happy and would recommend Pinecrest to anyone interested in a modular home. Thank you Pinecrest Modular for helping me and my family finally get our dream home.

I wanted to thank you for all of the help that you have given to me in my unfortunate situation with another modular contractor

Pinecrest met with me and went over my papers that I had received. Pinecrest informed me at that time that the contract was very vague and that the plans did not match up. When I told Pinecrest of the situation that I was going through, they were very concerned and told me that going the modular way is really the best way to go and that unfortunately I had come across very unscrupulous contractors.

The next day Pinecrest Modular Homes jumped in and offered to help me with my situation with no compensation to them. They told me that they hated to see unscrupulous contractors take advantage of people and give the modular business a bad rap.

They asked me to send them all the paperwork, which was well over 150 emails and documents, and they helped us fill out the forms to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs and Jonathan drove the papers to Suffolk Country Consumer Affairs in Hauppauge and filed my complaints. Jonathan answered my emails that I sent him with regard to my situation in a timely manner. Mr. Davidson is a very knowledgeable man, with a very big heart. He came across to me and my daughter, as very articulate and very confident in the modular business.

In this field there are a lot of unscrupulous contractors, which I found out to my dismay. Unfortunately, at the time that I was looking for a contractor to do a second story addition to my home, I did not come across Pinecrest Modular Homes. I would have saved myself from over a year of being lied to and all the sleepless nights, stress and frustration that have become part of my existence since signing a contract with a very unsavory contractor. Now I in a legal battle, trying to get my hard earned money back.

Once again, I want to thank you for being there for me in my time of need. I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me and my daughter. Dear Jonathan,
Sorry for not getting back to you. I am an accountant and yesterday is the deadline for income tax returns and am just helping some clients who have concerns about their taxes at the last minute.
It's so impolite not to get back to anyone who is trying to help you much more if it's the President of a company. I really appreciate for getting out of your way, my decision is to delay the project, until I am comfortable that my funds are sufficient. Am thinking from 279K, add demolition of probably 20K and allowance for other things (i.e. appliances, landscape, etc.) the cost would probably be in the high of 300K to 400K before I can move-in, which is beyond my budget.
When financially able, I would seriously consider your offer and I hope that time your offer would still be available.
I also tell my friends about your company, there's one from Bank of America, he is considering a modular house for his property in Albertson, told him about your company, and he is interested. By the way, congratulations on your new and huge modular house! I saw it in the website and it's pretty.
